The Federal Government of the UAE was in need of an official portal to communicate its policies and information to citizens, visitors, business and the media, and to help this broad group of users with varied interests and requirements to find relevant information and make use of it in a simple, quick and effective manner.

Flip Media shaped the overall user experience through its involvement in creating user journeys, IA, interaction design and HTML templates for the new portal. The result is a progressive and easy-to-use communication channel by the government and for the people.
