Against the background of NBAD's strong emphasis to training, attracting and retaining talent, Flip was entrusted with reflecting the bank's vision in this regard through a brand new Careers section. Flip designed and developed the new Careers section to seamlessly integrate with the existing website. Each career-related program is not only part of the main section but gets individual importance through strategically-placed navigation elements that encourage and engage aspirants to explore and understand NBAD's programs and initiatives.
