Marina Residence is a series of six luxury apartments being built on the Palm Jumeirah. The units are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a series of penthouses and townhouse linking the each. The Residences are a high end product released by Nakheel, with the marina below offering highly sought after yachting berths managed by an external supplier.
Banners and emailers were developed to target the yachting community and to encourage potential buyers to register on the website, and eventually increase sales.
