Flip launches the much-awaited new website for Grand Cinemas in the UAE

This week, Grand Cinemas raised the curtains on their new website. Designed by Flip Media, the site features top movie reviews, along with cinema listings and coming attractions, and latest news articles from the industry. The site also uses FlipCast v.2, Flip Media’s fast-loading, cross-platform compatible broadband video streaming application. With trailers of all currently screening and upcoming attractions, FlipCast will feature new trailers every week, as well as film synopses and the ability to assign viewer ratings.

The website lets users sign up for a weekly newsletter, to be kept up to date on the entertainment industry and the week’s breaking movies. The video e-newsletter will showcase trailers as well, allowing movie fans to have broadband video trailers delivered direct to their In-boxes.

Using the corporate colors of Grand Cinemas, the website is dynamic, has great depth of content and is simple to navigate without compromising on the visual experience of visiting a cinema website. Simple and structured along a grid format, the content is distributed in an attempt to highlight key information.
