And the Flip masterplan keeps on expanding with the expansion of our Trivandrum centre.

And we were at it again. Another new office, another move, this time at our development facility in Trivandrum, India. We arrived to sign the deeds to the new office at Technopark and it was quite an experience. In the digital age, we forget that it is the people that make the company, and it was a refreshing feeling to do things the old school ways with some ceremony.

Veena and Dinesh by the traditional fire.

What we thought was going to be a routine signing documents in an office felt more like heads of state meeting and signing a treaty or declaration! We met the officials of Technopark and they really treated us with a lot of respect, taking pictures of the signing ceremony and distributing sweets after the event. Check out the pictures, Martin and the CEO of Technopark R.K. Nair exchanging the documents like heads of state! I guess we can now abandon our nuclear programs :)

More sweets in Trivandrum.

After that we were greeted to a warm welcome to the existing Flip office in Attingal with Cakes and Flowers and some FINE music playing the background ;) It was great to finally come face to face with a lot of the new flippers, names we only see in emails. I do love the energy of this team, and they are growing into a very cohesive unit that is delivering some outstanding work in the crazy timelines that we get.
