Others are just traditional and they believe that internet is something comming from other planets(whats CPM, impression, pageview CTR,CPC how could I learn and track all this). I think that the best thing in Martin's and Dimitri's experience is the fact that online sellers have a solid reason to do a joint effort to convince marketers of the efficiency of online as a medium regardeless of any competitions.
