Following the success of the Ramadan viral campaign, Nakheel wanted to create an online greeting platform for the festive season, to let the world spread their festive wishes & create a buildup for its online presence during 2008.
The initiatives were designed with the essence of Nakheel’s Blue Communities. They were designed as timeless initiatives, allowing the possibility of easily amending them to cater for different seasons and occasions. The objectives were to build a long term online platform for innovative one-to-one communications between communities, while also leveraging the brand. It had to be a catchy and popular concept for each greeting, leaving users eager for the next greeting opportunity.
