Badrah is a city of its own within Nakheel’s Waterfront development. A housing development spanning an area of 680 hectares, it is estimated that Badrah will deliver over 50,000 residential units once complete and become home to 120,000 people permanently with a day time population of 190,000. The client needed a a to deliver the brand promise of ‘better and affordable living’ in a very fresh and contemporary way, in addition to providing all the required information about the development. An emailer was created to bost online awareness of Badrah (UAE), to drive prospective buyers to the website for further information, to generate online activity and quality filtered leads, and ultimately to generate appointments to sell units.
