Lake District is one of the main districts that currently make up International City. Lakeside Residential (the residential component of Lake District) is seen as a premier location within International City, with great views of Al Warsan Lake and its surrounding development which includes an Aviary and bird watching towers. Lakeside Residential offers apartments with higher quality finishes and more services and amenities for its residents than the rest of International City.
Flip Media was engaged to create the website for Lake District for the public launch of the residential component of Lake District: Lakeside Residential. Key challenges were to position Lake District differently from all the other International City districts and highlight its special natural offerings.
