The reason for a suspended account can be of the following nature:
- Temporary site or server maintenance: Please check back in some time and try to access the site again.
- Our hosting provider has suspended your account due to blacklisting by anti-spam protection companies. Contact Flip Media immedately to move your site to a new provider outside our main data center which will not be able to provide hosting for you anymore. Stop spamming, only use email lists that you collected with the permission of the user to opt-in.
- Your account has been automatically suspended due to the lack of payment. In case Flip’s customers have unpaid bills outstanding, Flip Media naturally stops paying its hosting partners on an individual account basis which may result in account suspension from our ISP. Please do contact your account manager or provide immedately funds to balance unpaid bills as otherwise the account will remain suspended.
