PositionSharePoint Solution Architect

Flip Media, the largest interactive agency in the Middle East, is looking for an effective SharePoint Solution Architect.  They will have 7+ years experience as a Solution Architect in analysis & design, and 5+ years hands-on experience in development and delivery of web-based applications.

You must be passionate about the web, well-versed in Internet technologies and trends, and be willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging agency environment to deliver excellent work on time, on budget and on brief.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate business analysis and business process understanding.
• Work independently with users and executives to expand the use of SharePoint to address business issues.
• Assist clients with business requirements for their SharePoint and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach.
• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming and unit testing for information worker applications based on Microsoft technologies. 
• Produce end-user and technical documentation.
• Help others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their job function.
• Work closely and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Architect or MVP or Microsoft Certified in SharePoint technology.  Experience in the design, architecture, implementation, and support of large complex applications.
• Enterprise Content Management and Web Content Management knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge with MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010.
• In-depth knowledge in managing Users / Groups and complex workflows.
• In-depth knowledge in creating  and customizing  SharePoint Object Model.
• Experience with Custom Features Development, Custom Web Parts Development, Custom Site Definitions, Custom Content Types, Custom Site Columns, Master Page Implementation and MOSS 2007 Event Receivers. 
• In-depth knowledge in .net application.
• Business Intelligence with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Integration.
• InfoPath Services.
