Based in our Dubai head office and reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts based in the UAE. This is a multifaceted role that requires someone with a broad experience across different disciplines and an ability to manage numerous client relationships.

We're looking for a natural leader - someone who can lead, develop and mentor our client servicing team,  in particular your team of Account Managers/Executives, but someone who can also lead client engagements and acts as strategic counsel to some of the biggest brands in the region.

This is a local role, but you will need to work with our strategic and consulting teams across the Flip network to deliver world-class online solutions.

Responsibilities
•    Ensure that all projects are executed to plan through managing the internal team, agency resources and relationships with production group
•    Experience in working with complex and sophisticated response, acquisition and loyalty models, segmentation and data analytics strategies
•    Exposure to driving response in the aspects of the customer lifecycle management including acquisition, retention, loyalty, growth, conversion, upsell, attrition and win back
•    Fully understand the clients business and maintain current industry knowledge
•    Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
•    Take an active role in building the clients business, generating new strategies and anticipating needs
•    Identifying opportunities and new revenue streams within current engagement
•    Assist in building and championing integration of the business by developing cohesive relationships with agency stakeholders (advertising, direct, promotions, interactive, media etc)
•    Ensure that account team produces all client work with the highest level of quality, ensuring that creative is on strategy
•    Monitor competitive environment
•    Provide council to production team and client on all projects
•    Manage hours and fees pertaining to client hours
•    Responsible for ongoing tracking of fiscal budgets and internal budgets
•    Ensure accuracy of all status and billing reports produced on behalf of client

Required Skills
•    You must be passionate about the web
•    Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a client service role within an Interactive arm of an advertising agency, standalone digital shop or both
•    Involvement in multiple integrated campaigns
•    Solid understanding of agency and creative process
