    This position will provide a highly-motivated and talented SEM professional with an opportunity for growth, development and success within the largest digital marketing agency in the Middle East. As part of a fast-growing team, you will have the opportunity to work closely and within an integrated agency environment on some of the most iconic brands in the Middle East.

    Responsible for managing paid search (PPC, Pay per Click) service offerings, you will be in charge of growing client relationships across multiple accounts. The SEM Specialist supports all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of client's day-to-day paid search campaign activities. You should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management., and possess a great depth of tactical knowledge in paid search services.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and strategize paid search campaign plans for clients.
    • Write detailed paid search proposals to meet client goals.
    • Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met.
    • Facilitate the management and growth of paid search accounts and ensure client expectations are met.
    • Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results and present to client by documented report and presentations.
    • Develop and enhance the process of paid search offerings.
    • Develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills, and continuously teach others in the organization for professional development.
    • Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers.
    • Assist in the development of the overall marketing plan and how paid search fits within that plan.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding and application of paid search and search engine marketing practices.
    • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of background in paid search operations with an understanding of web analytics.
    • Experienced with paid search keyword research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis.
    • Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates, etc.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, and other Paid Search, Web Analytics applications
