Working in Riyadh, you will be taking the lead in the expansion of the Middle East's largest digital agency into the Middle East's largest market, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in developing a new market and new agency in one of the region's most exciting markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business development: you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a business development plan across key markets and industries in Saudi Arabia in order to raise awareness of our agency offering, our points of difference, and our industry sector expertise.
• Strategic vision: working with current and potential clients, you will develop digital strategies and solutions.
• Delivery: Talking is one thing; doing is quite another. This is a local role, but you will need to work with our strategic and consulting teams across the Flip network (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, India, London, Germany, South Africa, Bahrain & Qatar) to deliver world-class online solutions.
• People Leadership: you will be responsible for attracting, hiring and retaining the best digital resources in your market, and to help Flip take a leadership role in the digital industry in KSA.

Who we're looking for

• A digital specialist: Flip is a 100% online agency, and we're looking for people who are also 100% online. You must be passionate about the web, well-versed in Internet technologies and trends, and be equally comfortable with Tech Leads as with Information Architects & Copywriters.
• A communicator: You will interact on a daily basis with C-level clients, agency partners and key decision makers. You must be able to sell our work, lead conversations and have excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills.
• An Arabic speaker:  This is not optional. Business will be primarily conducted in Arabic, and our delivery to our clients will be bilingual.
