    Working from Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you will be leading one of Flip's most visible client accounts, an Abu Dhabi-based media brand. Reporting to our CEO and working with Flip's internal team as well as a roster of communication agencies, this is a unique opportunity to set the digital vision for one of the most exciting new brands in the Middle East.

    This is a demanding role that requires someone who can act as both strategic counsel to a fast-growing and constantly evolving brand as well as get the job done.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Strategic vision: working with the client, our internal team and the client's roster agencies, you will develop acquisition plans, integrated marketing campaigns and key initiatives for the masterbrand as well as individual business units.
    • Delivery: Talking is one thing; doing is quite another. We need someone who can lead our internal teams to ensure that we deliver on time and on brief, and regularly exceed our client's high expectations.
    • Content and Technical Strategy: as our client's strategic vision evolves, so too will their digital requirements. You will work with the client to define their commercial objectives, identify their technical and strategic requirements and map the evolution.
    • People Leadership: you will lead a dedicated internal team that covers Account Management, Creative, Technical, Search, Content and Analytics specialists. You will need to attract, retain and develop the best in the business 

    Who we're looking for

    • A digital specialist: Flip is a 100% online agency, and we're looking for people who are also 100% online. You must be passionate about the web, well-versed in Internet technologies and trends, and be equally comfortable with Tech Leads as with Information Architects & Copywriters.
    • A communicator: You will interact on a daily basis with C-level clients, agency leads and key decision makers. You must be able to sell our work, lead conversations and have excellent written, verbal and presentation comunications skills.
    • A diplomat: This is a very demanding role that requires coordination with numerous agencies, stakeholders and internal resources. An ability to work comfortably within such an environment in a positive way is essential.
    • An integrated specialist:  in collaboration with our partner agencies, you will receive, interpret and respond to marketing briefs with medium-independent 360-degree solutions.
    • An Arabic speaker:  Client business is conducted in English, but our delivery is bilingual and all our creative work is led in Arabic, so it is essential that you are able to be a part of the creative process. We may consider a non-Arabic speaker, but not as a first choice.
