By developing and identifying user need-states and journeys early in our process we ensure that our design and content planning caters to best practice and leverages learning from UX testing. Our UX team is involved from the very beginning of any process – be it mobile, web, application, or digital POS – and they continue to provide input at every stage of development. Our process begins with conducting stakeholder interviews to determine business objectives across the board, and then moves on to user surveys and psychographic studies to understand how best to present your brand to users. The results and findings, combined with extensive market research and competitor analysis, leads to user journey, information architecture and wireframe exercises to provide you with a digital presence that attracts and retains its audience.
