Launching an e-commerce portal

Background

Jenny Rose Maternity was established in Dubai in 1998 as the first dedicated maternity wear retailer in Dubai and continues to set the standard for high quality fashionable maternity wear for women.

Challenge

Develop an Ecommerce website that is simple yet elegant and powerful, maintaining ease of use on both the front end and the back end.

Objective

As all ecommerce websites, the main objective is to sell merchandise.

Approach

In developing the website, Flip kept the catalogue the main point of focus across the website, and provided sales aiding tools like product merging, currency converters, and on the go total cost calculator in the cart. Also the deployment of sliding transitions and curved lines.

Execution

The brand attributes as smooth, modern, and trendy, and reflected that on the design through the application of chunky text / imagery against a white background, keeping the products under the spotlight surrounded by sales driving tools.

Results

An easy to manage E-commerce site that satisfies both in terms of form and function.
